I think effectiveness becomes more important when the form of activism is time-consuming and/or expensive.  What I am noticing more and more lately (and discussing in this post) is that we can do quite a lot without even devoting large amounts of time or money.

Great post. I for one, have been tying myself in knots with a search for the perfect activism, the perfect way of reaching people with the message of Veganism.

While it is important to remain focussed and not spend your time on campaigns that are counterproductive your post reminds me that it is important to get out there and do something!
