Vegan Buddies Project
While the online community we have created at loveallbeings.org is important, we also believe that a network of vegans who are available to meet up in person and engage in actions that promote veganism and eliminate speciesism is equally, if not more, valuable. In that spirit, L.O.V.E. is launching a Vegan Buddies Project, designed to connect activists who live near one another to foster the growth of larger local communities, provide support and friendship for both new and veteran vegans, and further expand the network of anti-oppression activists that has been created here.
Vegan Buddies are located around the globe and engage in various activities in their towns and cities, including potlucks, leafleting events, demonstrations, shopping excursions, film screenings, book clubs, restaurant outings, and more. This is a great way to meet active, like-minded people who are available to help build a strong community committed to the elimination of oppression in our world.

** NOTE: If you have previously submitted a Vegan Buddies application and have not yet received a pairing, please don’t think we have forgotten about you! The project is only successful when enough people from a similar geographic region have signed up, and at present, we only have a few locations where this has been possible.
